1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Musty Fox. By accessing or using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on our site. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our site or place an order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Musty Fox is an online store operated via Shopify.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount of the order, including shipping and taxes. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies, or suspicion of fraud.

5. Production & Fulfillment

All products are produced on demand and fulfilled by our third-party production partner, Printful. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that Printful manufactures and ships your products. Production and shipping times are based on Printful’s processes and may vary. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional details.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times vary based on your location. Once Printful ships your order, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you by Shopify. 7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size choices, or change of mind. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will coordinate a replacement or refund in accordance with Printful’s policies.

8. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, colors, sizes, and pricing, but do not guarantee that all information is free of errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs (unless user-submitted), is the property of Debugger Society or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without written permission.

10. User-Provided Content
